Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Vape Infusion Gezina Pty Ltd (“Vape Infusion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at www.vapeinfusion.com (“Website”).

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days has passed since your purchase date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

By placing any order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.


1. General Terms

1.1 All sales are subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”) and any other applicable South African laws.

1.2 By purchasing any product from our Website, you agree that:

  • Opened or used products are considered “accepted as is” unless they exhibit a manufacturer’s defect.
  • No returns, refunds, or replacements will be processed for items not meeting the criteria in this Policy.

1.3 Vape Infusion reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website.


2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

2.1 Due to the nature of vaping products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless proven defective:

  • E-liquids (opened or unopened).
  • Drip tips, coils, and other consumable accessories.
  • Batteries and chargers that have been used.
  • Devices that show signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering.

2.2 For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, even if unused.


3. Return Eligibility for Manufacturer Defects

3.1 If you believe a product is defective due to a manufacturer’s fault:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your product via (+27) 076 188-3583.

  • Provide your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the defect, and, if possible, photographic or video evidence.
  • Shipping/postage of the defective unit may incur postage costs and will be invoiced to the client, utilising a local courier service.

3.2 Eligible products must:

  • Be in their original packaging.
  • Include all original components, manuals, and accessories.
  • Show no signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized repairs.

3.3 Vape Infusion will inspect the product and, if deemed necessary, send it to the manufacturer for further assessment. During this process, no refund or replacement will be offered. The assessment period typically takes 4-6 weeks, but this may vary depending on the manufacturer.


4. Assessment Outcomes

4.1 If the manufacturer confirms a defect:

  • The item will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion.
  • Vape Infusion will notify you of the resolution and provide return shipping details for the repaired/replacement item.

4.2 If the manufacturer finds no defect:

  • The product will be returned to you “as is.”
  • You will be responsible for covering the return shipping / delivery costs via local courier.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refunds are only applicable in the following circumstances:

  • If an item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.
  • If Vape Infusion cancels your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items on Delivery

6.1 If you receive an incorrect or visibly damaged item:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a store credit or refund if a replacement is not available.

7. Shipping Costs

7.1 The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an item unless:

  • The product is confirmed defective by the manufacturer.
  • The return is due to an error on Vape Infusion’s part.
  • Initially all shipping / deliver costs will be payable by the client until such time that it’s been deemed faulty or damaged from the manufacturer or an error on Vape Infusions part. Then only the shipping / delivery costs will be refunded in full to the client.

7.2 Vape Infusion is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
